The space The apartment is arranged on two floors, at the entrance you will find a beautiful porch with table and chairs to be able to have lunch outdoors, the ground floor consists of a full kitchen with open plan living room, fireplace, balcony, closet and bathroom no. 1 complete with sanitary ware and shower, with the internal staircase you go up to the first floor where we immediately find the bathroom no. 2 complete with sanitary ware and shower, also a washing machine, then there are two double bedrooms where there is the possibility of adding a single folding bed. In room # 1 we have a large window while in room # 2 there is a beautiful panoramic balcony with clothesline wires. Outside the villa you will find a beautiful stone barbecue to share with the guests of the apartment next door, called "Casa Mati 1". Other things to note We are 2.3 km from the main square of the center of Intra (Piazza Ranzoni), the hub of bars, restaurants, shops and of course the inevitable lakefront walk. We are a few kilometers away, located on the heights and there is a climb to travel so we always recommend getting around by car, motorcycle or electric bike, in case you do not know the secondary streets to walk. For those who want to explore unspoiled nature, we have a guided walking tour, for a fee. We are also affiliated for any car rental. For a sunny and relaxing holiday, 1.5 km from our property, on the other hand, you will find "La Canottieri", a private pool, for a fee, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and bar and restaurant service. Next to the pools there is one of the first characteristic free beaches of our enchanting lake called "al Sasso" equipped with bars.
