On main you’ll find plenty of shops to browse through, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops, as well as local activities and events. The space - Central heating with portable A/C unit(s) available during the summer months - One bedroom has a queen and the second a full size bed. Both have high quality pocket coil spring mattresses with extra linens. The windows have both blinds and blackout curtains to ensure undisturbed sleep - The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, coffee maker and blender. Drawers, cupboards and cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils; everything you need for basic meal preparation and cooking - The living room has a comfy couch and smart TV, ready to accept your favorite game console or streaming services - Full bath with a good sized tiled shower, large validity mirror, hair dryer and clothing iron. You’ll find clean towels and toiletries upon arrival, along with quality soap and bath products - Clothes washer and dryer with provided detergent - Front and back porches are covered - Utilities, internet and garbage service are included - There are two off street parking spots, as well as parking available on the street at no cost - The entry door is equipped with keyless entry and access to the ring video doorbell can be arranged for stays over 30 days Guest access You’ll have access to the entire place, including the fenced backyard. Parking is available on the property as well as the street, at no extra cost. There is a small shed on the property that is not available, as it’s used to store our yard maintenance items. The person making the reservation must actually be a guest. Making reservations on behalf of others is not allowed in the platform, unless you are booking through an Airbnb work account Other things to note This home’s central location provides good driving access to local wineries, golf courses, wetlands and other unlimited outdoor activities. If you’re heading into Beaverton, Portland, over to the coast or up to Mt Hood, it’s not far to US-26. It’s also close to the MAX line, which provides access to many destinations throughout the Portland metro area. Our home is fully furnished, with a well stocked kitchen, new appliances, washer/dryer and private fenced back yard. Well mannered pets are welcome. Parking is available on the property, as well as on the street, at no extra cost.
