Close to the sea, charming house in Bohuslän, large garden

Relax with family and friends in our cozy summer house located in a beautiful and quiet area with a short walking distance to the sea where you can swim from jetties, sunbathe and fish for crabs. The house is located on a large, secluded plot. There are flat areas for both play or soccer and for dining. There is also trampoline and soccer goal for the kids. The space The house is an old cottage, built in 1907 with a lot of preserved original details. It's a house that has lived, and it's perfect for anyone who appreciates old-world charm. We have a total of four bedrooms. The ceiling height is lower upstairs. Lysekil, Smögen, Bohus-Malmön. Kungshamn and Nordens Ark, etc., are within driving distance. There are also nice swimming areas, climbing crags, and hiking trails along the coast. In the house, there is running water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a standard stove and a wood-burning stove, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a coffee grinder. The bathroom is of a more basic standard, with a toilet and shower. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The upper level is an attic with a slanted ceiling. There are three bedrooms. The garden is large and lush and there is parking space for two cars right next door. A short walk from the house is the sea where you can swim. The evening sun there is as magical as the morning swim in silence. Guest access The house and garden are at your disposal. Other things to note Smoking and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning takes care of the guests themselves.
