House near landing beach

Enjoy our contemporary house and its exterior in the golden triangle of the landing beaches, in a peaceful and historic village where the Canadians landed. 5 minutes from Juno Beach (Courseulles-sur-Mer) and less than an hour from all the historical sites of Normandy. The beaches of the Côte de Nacre are within a few minutes' drive. Caen city center is about 15-20 minutes away. The space In the accommodation you will find, on the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen, a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a master suite (bedroom, dressing room and shower room). Upstairs you will find a large landing overlooking a bedroom, toilet and shower room. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is a sofa bed (thin and rather firm mattress). A large outdoor area with barbecue, terrace, garden furniture and outdoor dining area. Guest access Only one bedroom, our son's, and the garage will not be accessible
