Guests have access from 8am - 10am & 4pm - 9pm **No Laundry Access During the Hours of 10am-4pm** The kitchen and bathroom on the main floor are also shared with other guests. We keep the areas clean and expect all guests to do the same. During your stay Myself or a family member are available if needed but let guests enjoy their privacy and quiet space. Other things to note No Parties or Events are allowed. There is some potential for noise from the main floor which is another Airbnb Listing which includes a hallway that is adjacent. However, if the noise has become excessive or outside the quiet hours, please notify me me your host. This property is equipped with a noise decibel meter to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations that are non-refundable under our policy, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire. Please note that the environment of the building may not be ideally suited for children, as we have other guests staying in the building. SMOKING POLICY: • Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please do not bring cigarette butts inside the home. • A black garbage bin is located behind the house for proper disposal. • Smoking must be done away from doors, windows, and fresh-air intake/exhaust vents, as smoke odors can enter the home. • Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning or odor removal fees. Do not share the access code with anyone. Only registered guests and approved visitors are allowed in the house (ID may be required). Please ensure all doors are kept closed and locked at all times.
