Vyšehrad is a historical fortress in Prague, located on top of a hill. It is located on the right side of the Vltava River and has deep historical and cultural ties to many parts of Prague's rich history. The most interesting places to visit in Vyšehrad: Vyšehrad Castle - the first seat of the Czech Dukes Basilica of St. Peter and Paul: due to a fire, the church was rebuilt at the end of the nineteenth century in a neo-Gothic style. Transport The apartment is located 500 m (8 min. walk) from Vyšehrad metro station (metro station C). Nearby is the tram stop Palouček and Pražského Povstání. Parking is available in front of the house, parking is free at night and on weekends. On working days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. it costs 1.2 Eur/hour/30 CZK/hour. It's best to use the EasyPark app. Parking at good prices - Pankrac garages - costs 299 CZK/day. They are two stations away by metro C, Pankrác station.
