Located just 10 min walk to the sandy Los Locos beach, on the 1st floor building in residential area Los Frutales, in a gated estate surrounded by a garden, with a large community swimming pool. This 1-bedroom fully furnished and renovated apartment with AC, fibre WiFi and Smart TV provides everything you need for living and relaxation. The space The apartment includes one cozy bedroom with a double bed, build-in wardrobe, bedside table with a drawer, under-bed storage drawers, and a desk which can serve as a dressing table with a foldable mirror. The comfortable bathroom contains a large shower and a mixed tap with thermostat. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table. The balcony overlooking the pool is the perfect place for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset. This property estate has a year-round swimming pool available for residents and guests. Regulations and opening hours apply, which you can read in our house rules. We provide beach accessories such as beach chairs, beach mat, and sun umbrella. We do not provide beach towels. In the apartment, guests have at their disposal a smart TV, internet (fiber-optic), washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob with two electric burners, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning with a heating mode, ceiling fans. The double-glazed windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. We provide basic cleaning products and cosmetics, as well as cutlery and crockery. Near the apartment there is a bus stop, a Consum supermarket and Plaza de Sevilla park with a playground for children and a place to play pétanque. You are only 650m from the sea and 850m from the nearest sandy beach Los Locos (approximately 10 minutes' walk). You can get to the city centre, bus station or the nearest large shopping mall in less than half an hour walk. You can also take a local bus or a taxi. Turist licence No. VT-503374-A. Please note some regulations apply, which you can find in our house rules. Other things to note Please ALWAYS take the keys with you when leaving the apartment. The front door latches and closes automatically and without the key you cannot enter the flat. When you leave home, even for a moment or to go to the swimming pool, always remember to take your keys with you. The entrance gates to our enclosed estate are locked from the outside and inside. There is no gate release button or intercom, so keep your keys with you at all times. If you lock or lose your keys, there will be additional charges for each time we drive up to open the door or hand over new keys, a minimum of 20€ per arrival. The swimming pool in the community is available free of charge to residents and guests of the estate, and is open all year round with hours depending on the season: from July 1 to August 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. From September 1 to June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please note the break during siesta hours in the Summer: the swimming pool is closed between 3-5pm. Remember to follow the regulations of the swimming pool posted nearby. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and an electricity consumption meter. The rent price includes consumption of up to 80 kWh per week. A photo of the meter reading will be taken at the beginning and at the end of your stay. If the limit is exceeded, we charge a fee of 0.50€/kWh. Please note there is no elevator in the building. Remember to report any objections or issues found within 2 hours after your arrival.
