Dream vacation? Our beloved family home is located five minutes from the subway and Røa center - with shops, swimming pool, and cafes. Golf course, beach, and forest are within walking distance. The house has two floors with bathrooms and bedrooms on both levels. It's surrounded by terraces on multiple levels - you have sunlight all day long! Outdoor furniture and a grill are available for free use. In the driveway, we have parking and a charger (for electric cars). The space All bedrooms feature spacious double beds, good ventilation, and blackout curtains. Ample wardrobe space is provided. Both bathrooms come with underfloor heating, rainfall showers, and toilets. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, two ovens, a large induction cooktop, a coffee machine, a Sodastream, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. There is access to a south-facing veranda with a dining table and a grill. The dining room accommodates up to 8 people and features a double-sided fireplace separating it from the TV lounge/living room, which has two spacious sofas and a large TV with Chromecast. Additionally, there's a small, cozy sitting area for two, perfect for conversations and relaxation. The living room opens onto an east-facing veranda through a large sliding door, ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The lower floor includes an office space with a computer and printer available. This floor also houses a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a sink. Around the house, there are multi-level patios with several seating groups and arrangements, including sun loungers and a sunbed. Guest access The entire house is available except for a storage room. Other things to note The house is a so-called smart home, where lighting and heating are controlled automatically or through an app that can be downloaded. We have a robotic vacuum cleaner that handles daily vacuuming on the upper floor (it needs to be emptied occasionally). For potential allergy sufferers: a dog lives in the house on a daily basis. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, which can be washed and dried in the laundry room as needed.
