For three years, our family called this house in Palermo home. We designed and built it with care, blending comfort, security and light-filled spaces. Every detail was made to be lived in and loved. Now that life has taken us to Washington, DC, we’re excited to share it with you. Perfect for families or friends, it’s ideal for relaxing, working remotely or enjoying long meals after exploring Buenos Aires. The space 1) The open first floor features a large living room, dining area, two half bathrooms, a central patio, and a highly rated chef’s kitchen, perfect for cooking together, letting kids play safely, or winding down after a day in the city. 2) Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, designed for restful nights and privacy. 3) The third floor opens to a sunny rooftop terrace with a full Argentine parrilla, ideal for unforgettable asados or evening drinks under the stars. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house and everything inside. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own home.
