Small house in Port Blanc - 500 m from the sea

Small house of 38 m2 with a pleasant garden, ideal for a seaside vacation, located just 500 m from the beaches, the mythical GR34 and the nautical center. Port Blanc is a charming little seaside resort close to the pink granite coast. It offers a natural and preserved setting, with its view of several islets, ideal for hiking, swimming (with its fine white sand beaches), walking fishing and water activities such as sailing, kayaking or paddleboarding. The space On the ground floor, you will enjoy a new fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Senseo), a table for your meals, a sofa bed (sleeps 2) as well as a bathroom with a shower, towel rail, toilet and washing machine. The living room opens directly onto the terrace and the garden. There is a table for alfresco dining, as well as a barbecue. Perfect for enjoying sunny days and summer evenings. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a small mezzanine with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a large dresser. Bed sheets are provided. However, towels, bath sheets and tea towels are not provided. Note: the house does not have television or Wi-Fi, thus offering a real disconnection. LOCATION: The house is located in a very quiet residential area close to the sea. There is a market in July and August on Thursday morning in the chapel parking lot facing the sea 700 m from the house. The house is located a little less than 4 km from the village of Penvénan where there are all the amenities (2 bakeries, a butcher, a fishmonger, a tobacco shop, 2 banks, a market on Saturday morning, a Carrefour supermarket, a cheese shop, a delicatessen, a hairdresser, a florist, a tourist office, a Mr. Bricolage relay, an optician, a pharmacy, a doctor's office...) Other things to note Cleaning is to be done by you before your departure (vacuum cleaner, mop, clean shower, sink, toilet, fridge, microwave, oven...). Charging electric or hybrid vehicles on the housing outlets is not allowed. A Brev'Car charging station is available in the village of Penvénan.
