There's a fenced in swimming pool, patio, porch, outdoor furniture for enjoyment. The property is tucked in a secluded setting with expansive grounds, which offers some tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets with traffic. There's a private pool on the property, for some soaking up and offers peace and quiet. The pool is open throughout the summer. There is a large parking lot to park your car. While the property offers comfortable and well maintained spaces, it functions as a shared residence where everyone contributes to a respectful and more communal atmosphere. Residents are responsible for washing their own laundry, including personal clothing and the host provided bed linens using the washer and dryer located in the house. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and other essentials for cooking, it is recommended that residents bring their own personal dishes (plate, cups, bowls) and eating utensils to ensure you have what you need and its readily accessible.
