The space Attention: Due to state decree number 33.913/21, the common areas of the condominium such as swimming pool/Jacuzzi) are allowed for use in accordance with the safety standards of VG Sun, to combat the current Covid situation. Access to the fitness center is currently released, upon reservation, collection and delivery of the access key at the condominium entrance. Each extra cleaning has an additional cost of 120 reais, and includes changes of bed and bath linens. Guest access Common area of the condominium giving full access: • Shared bicycles (always return to the stations) • Fitness center (request access at the front desk) •Pool • Sauna • Jacuzzi/Whirlpool • Tennis and sports courts • Children's playground Other things to note Condominium Use Rules Check-in and check-out • We provide a parking space for car C5 408 in front of the entrance to block C5; • Always identify yourself at the entrance and exit of the condominium (main entrance and beach only upon presentation of a photo ID); • Children can only leave the condominium if accompanied by a responsible adult; • Vehicle keys may not be left at the entrance; • Tenants may not authorize visitors to enter. Use of the apartment • All items and appliances are at the guests' disposal; • All food and beverages in the apartment are at the guests' disposal; pay attention to the expiration dates; • We provide beach, pool and sauna towels (2 per reservation); • Beach chairs are available at the beach entrance; • It is not allowed to hang towels, clothes, bikinis, as well as to place objects on the window and on top of the balcony railing; • No pets allowed; • No smoking inside the apartment. Use of common areas • All common area leisure spaces are at the guests' disposal; • Pay attention to the hours of operation of the condominium equipment on the respective signposts; • The Restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday; (Fri and Sat 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sun 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) • Only electric barbecues are allowed, as long as the smoke does not bother others; • Do not throw objects or garbage out the window; • The use of sound boxes in the common areas of the condominium is not allowed; • Eating and drinking inside the pool is not allowed, nor is using the edge as a support; • Glass cups or containers are not allowed in the pool area; • To use the fitness center, reserve/request/return the key at the entrance; • To use the fitness center, you must be wearing appropriate attire and sneakers. Trash (important) • If garbage disposal is necessary, it must be done at the Green Garbage House, which is near the condominium wall in front of the block entrance.
