Guest access Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4PM local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. Minimum of nights are 2 nights. To ensure incoming guests have an amazing experience, we need your assistance vacating the apartment by the checkout time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost. You will receive a unique entry code that grants you access to both your private unit and the shared outdoor area. No pets allowed. We offer several paid amenities and services upon request such as early check-in and late check-out. Other things to note We are always available to respond to any questions you might have. The entire apartment and nearby areas are completely NON-SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the apartment or nearby areas, there will be a fee of $250.00 assessed. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Just to let you know, we continually update and improve our properties. The photos of your listing accurately represent the unit you are booking, including the space, layout, living room, and bed arrangements. While the overall design remains the same, there might be minor changes in terms of decor or furniture. Any alterations made would be to replace damaged or stained items, and any new furniture would be an upgrade from what is shown in the photos.
