Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze. Other things to note The stairs to the loft are not traditional stairs. They are ladder style stairs as seen in the pictures. There is however, a futon on the first floor if you don’t want to use the loft area. The Hot Tub is a 3 person Tub. We supply hand and dish soap but not showering items.
