Santapollinare is a vacation rental with 4 apartments for rent close to Assisi and Perugia in Umbria. The apartments for rent and the swimming pool are set amidst beautiful old olive trees on top of a mountain with great views. Santapollinare's central position in Umbria makes this vacation rental a good location to do some sightseeing and come back home in the peace and quietness of the surrounding nature. The welcoming and friendly owner also lives here with his family. The space The Kiwi apartment is situated near the pool and has a spacious and private covered terrace. There is one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small sitting area with a sofa bed for one person. There is a bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen is a dining table for 4 and the spacious private terrace with a view of the pool and the olive trees, is just outside the kitchen. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, 4-pits gas cooker, and an electric oven. Guest access The pool is 15 meters long and 7 meters wide. There is ample parking space. The vacation rental is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello, and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as in Valfabbrica one can do grocery shopping and there is a bar, gas station, and other shops. In the area, there are many restaurants and pizzerias. In Valfabbrica also is the entrance to the highway that connects with Perugia in 10/15 minutes and the other way is towards the Marche (140 km to the seaside). Other things to note Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests bring their own pool towels. There is no washing machine and no television. If heating is needed this will cost €15 per day.
