Welcome to beautiful Trondheim! This well-equipped 73 sqm apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The apartment is ideally located to experience the city, with walking distance to both Gløshaugen and Lerkendal, and the city center is reached in a 15-minute walk. The bus stop, where the airport bus also stops, is only a few minutes away, which makes access easy. The apartment is rented out by a small, friendly company that is passionate about giving you the best possible experience of our great city. The space **Bedrooms:** The apartment has two nice bedrooms, and below is a small description of the two. Bedroom 1: Bedroom 1 is airy and spacious, with a very comfortable 1.50 cm wide bed that ensures a good night's sleep and that can accommodate two guests. The room is equipped with a dresser and clothes hangers for convenient storage of clothes. Additionally you will find a desk with screens and a comfortable office chair, perfect for work or study. Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 is cozy and inviting, with a comfortable 1.20 cm wide bed. The room has a dresser and clothes hangers for your clothes. You will also find a desk with screens and an office chair, ideal for those who need to work or study. **Bathroom** In the bathroom you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, hairdryer and shower. There is also plenty of cabinet space for toiletries and personal belongings. **Kitchen** The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home, with plenty of cutlery, coffee cups, wine glasses and plates. You can make a smoothie with the blender, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, and use the microwave or air fryer for easy cooking. In other words, everything you need for a good homemade meal is available. ** Living room** The living room is modern and very spacious, with bright parquet and nice windows that let in plenty of daylight. Here you can sit down after a long day and watch TV, and you can also use the two Sonos speakers that are in the living room. A wood-burning fireplace can also be used, so that you can get warm and create a good atmosphere if desired. There is also a small bar cabinet by the 60-inch TV, so you can, for example, mix yourself a drink after a long day out in Trondheim city. **Additional services** We are incredibly happy to have you as our guest and hope you will enjoy your stay here. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided clean towels and the beds are already made with fresh linen. In addition, you will find a small soap and shampoo that we hope you will appreciate. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the entire place. Feel at home, but show respect. Other things to note Since the last pictures were taken, we have made several upgrades in the apartment. Among other things, we have invested in a brand new sofa, cabinets for storing your personal belongings, a new washing machine, and a large, modern TV for entertainment in the evenings. There have also been some upgrades to the bedrooms, with screens and desks, for study and work. Although the photos don't quite capture the latest improvements, we're sure these additions will make your experience even better.
