Ten minutes from two Rivers, Indian River and the St Lawrence. Twenty minutes from Black Lake and just minutes from several local Lakes. Butterfield, Clear, Lake of the Woods, Millsite are just a few. We have U shaped driveway easy in and out for your boat. Ten minutes from Alexandria Bay and Twenty five minutes from Watertown. The space The property has a circle driveway where you can pull up to unload then park in the area around the circle. There is room for boats to be parked around the circle for easy exit. Other things to note Main house is right next door and has renters but they are very private people and keep to themselves. Guest house has its own entrance and is very private. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the couch folds down and could sleep two kids or one adult.
