Situated on Bideford Bay Holiday Park, Parkdean , we have a lovely spacious 3 bed, 1 ensuite caravan with decking and private garden . This modern caravan fits 6 people with plenty of room. Added extras include a double bed settee in the loungel. Two of the bedrooms have tvs. There is double glazing and gas central heating. Only a 2 minute walk to amenities. Car parking is at the bottom of a small footpath next to the caravan. Partial sea views across the North Devon coastline. The space 3 bedrooms. 1 x double and 2 x twin bedrooms. Main family bathroom with double shower cubicle. Ensuite in double bedroom. Gated decking that wraps around the front and side, complete with rattan furniture. Accessed either from the side decking or the front double French doors. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and airfryer. On site Launderette is close by . TVs in 2 bedrooms aswell as the living room Central heating throughout . Guest access Entire caravan and outdoor space. Steps up to the decking. Steep path from the car park but very short distance Other things to note We are situated on a Parkdean holiday park, Bideford Bay. Their season runs from Mid March until Mid November. The accommodation is open all year round and would be an ideal base for exploring the local coast paths and beaches. This would be accommodation only. Passes can be purchased on arrival from the reception if needed to use pools and play Bingo etc. Outdoor pool is seasonal and usually opens at the end of May until beginning of September (weather dependent). Swimming pool passes can be purchased on a pay as you go basis if preferred. There is a restaurant, clubhouse, park, mini golf, indoor and outdoor heated pools, takeaway, soft play, launderette and arcades
