Welcome to our stunning villa located in a 24/7 secure residence in Grand Baie. It offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy and modernity, for a memorable holiday. Ideally located 3 minutes drive from restaurants, shops and Grand Baie beach, our villa ensures a peaceful setting to fully enjoy your holidays. The space This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms including 3 en-suite with shower and toilet. A fourth individual bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom with its bathroom is in the form of an outbuilding accessible from the terrace. All the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan for optimal comfort. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the necessary equipment: fridge/ freezer oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine kettle, toaster, yogurt maker, sorcerer air fryer (air-fryer)... A wine cellar with a selection of bottles will be available at extra cost. The villa is equipped with a triple filter that will allow you to get pure water directly at the tap. Outside, you'll enjoy a converted veranda, a gazebo for 8 guests with a Weber gas BBQ, and a salt-treated 8m swimming pool, all surrounded by tropical vegetation. A removable swimming pool protective gate can also be installed to ensure the safety of young people. Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi in the whole house. The master bedroom as well as the living room are equipped with a TV with Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube accessible with your personal accounts. Netflix will be free access for your movie nights. A Nintendo Switch on a 90’’ screen ( Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey, Zelda...) will delight your teens. A villa designed by a family for families! Childcare games, books and equipment (2 Stokke Tripp Trapp high chairs, Montessori tower, baby bath, crib...) are available and/or can be provided by request. A specially appointed garden area for children awaits you with slide, swings and cottage. A soul of a musician/enemy? Your dear blonde heads will have awakening instruments available as well as a small guitar and a ukulele. For big kids in love with music, the villa has a piano and guitar. Nathalie will take care of the cleaning 3 hours/day, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Working with us for 4 years now, it will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reliable, an early childhood graduate and above all trusted, she can make herself available for hours of babysitting at extra cost. For athletes The beautiful Golf de Mont Choisy is a 10-minute drive away, the equipment for one person will be provided upon request.
