The flat is right next to Marmara Park shopping center which is the second biggest in west of Istanbul and has most of the brands. The area is so lively in any hour of the day: _ Metrobus station 3 Min walk -2 shopping mall in 3-5 Min walk -All kind of chain stores in 3 Min walk -Around 100 coffeeshops, restaurants, Hookah, Persian, Arabic, African, Chinese and Turkish cuisines all in 3 minutes radius -2 big parks in 3-7 min walk The flat has located in main street and has view of street. Guest access bedroom and living room. the second bedroom is not for guest use. Other things to note +you can check in sooner or check out later, if there will be no guests. you can arrange for it after you did reservation. +if you need to smoke, (just cigarettes are allowed), you can open window in living room, stand outside and smoke. otherwise if the house will smell smoke I will ask for damage. 2. smoking drugs will make me to report you to police. 3.after you check out, leave the flat in same condition like you entered and take your garbage out, otherwise I will report you and request damage. 4. turn off lights, turn off package and make sure gas oven is off after you leave. if there will be guests, the earliest time for check in will be 12. 5. if you have the food that will be spoiled fast, take it out with you.
