Efficient apartment over two floors, with three bedrooms, and basement living room with double bed in sleeping alcoves. Large covered terrace. Shop in neighboring building, good public transport by bus and train to Asker or Oslo. Short distance to the beach, a few hundred meters to Gjellumstranda (freshwater) and 5 minutes by car to the sea and beach. Note that the apartment is located in a 4-person house, where other residents must be respected in relation to noise and use of outdoor areas. The space First floor: One bedroom with bunk bed, one bedroom with single bed or double bed. Living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lower floor: One bedroom with single bed (possibility of mattress in addition), basement living room with TV, studio kitchen and sleeping alcove with double bed with curtains. Bathroom with bathtub/shower. Guest access The garden can be used by appointment. The other apartments in the building and neighboring buildings are permanently occupied, and discretion must therefore be shown in and around the apartment. Access to parking by appointment. There are private parking spaces outside the building and the landlord's guidelines must be followed. Other things to note It is important to observe the following house rules: - Quiet in and outside the apartment after 10 pm. Note that there is very little sound insulation between apartments - Parking spaces are used by agreement, other parking can be done at the sports field across the road - Garbage should be sorted by residual waste, plastic, paper, food waste and glass/metal in separate garbage bins outside the building - Charging of electric cars cannot be done at the property - There is only access to the apartment you rent, not around the property unless otherwise specifically agreed or coordinated with the landlord - No parties or loud music allowed
