This small cottage of 30m2 will be perfect for your weekends, holidays or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of Tournesol, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are 30 minutes from Angouleme, capital of comics. Quiet cottage, surrounded by vineyards, 10 min from the N10. A relaxation area with Jacuzzi is available as a paid option (book 24 hours in advance) The space The 30 m2 cottage consists of a living room with kitchen, dining area, living room with bench, TV and heating. This space is transformed into a sleeping area with 1 or 2 single beds, with good mattresses. A blackout curtain between the living room and the dining area can make this space more cozy and closed. The bedroom has a 140/190 bed for 2 people. A small hallway with coat rack leads to the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The ground floor terrace will allow you to have lunch while enjoying the view of the vineyards and the calm as soon as possible. We offer a relaxation area with sauna and jacuzzi, which is located in an adjoining outbuilding, optional, €30 per person. You will need to book this space 24 hours before your arrival. The swimming pool will be set up in good weather. Our sheep and chickens will be happy to welcome you.
