The guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Good bus service to Caernarfon, Criccieth, Porthmadog and the Peninsula. Cambrian railway round the coast. Easy walking distance to cafe's, gift shops, supermarkets and pubs. 15 minute walk to beach. . The flat sits over my craft shop, where I spin, weave, felt and hold workshops. The space The flat is on three floors. The ground floor has a small hall and cloakroom The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room with sink and toilet. The second floor has a small cupboard housing the washing machine, a dining area, a sitting room, a shower room with sink and toilet and a fitted kitchen. Please note - the stairs are a little steeper than normal and may be difficult for people with mobility issues. When requesting a booking through a third party, please note we will require the contact number and name of lead guest staying in the property otherwise your booking may be declined. Please note: The top bunk is not suitable for under 6 year olds. Due to the age of the property, it's uneven floors and the amount of stairs, it is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age. When booking, please could you also advise us as to how many beds need to be made up. The wifi is not the best and can be dodgy or none existent at times. If you are heavily reliant on this service, you may be better booking elsewhere. Guest access The flat has it's own private entrance and is available solely for the use of the booked guests. Other things to note The flat is close to the train and bus station. There is a Lidl, Asda, Iceland and Spar all within walking distance. Plenty of cafes and a few pubs. A few craft shops including mine - The Naked Spinner! I run workshops if you have an interest in fibery crafts.
