MOUNTAIN VIEWS of Mt Si and Rattlesnake Ridge. This 1800 sqft living space has its own private entry and is the lower level of our home (no access between levels). Only this lower level is for our guests and has 2 bedrms (1 King bed & 1 Queen Bed), 2 bathrms, living room, partial kitchen and exercise room (Bowflex, StairStepper, stationary bike and barbells). We’re in North Bend on 5 acres 35 miles east of Seattle. The lower level is available as one unit and will accommodate up to 4 guests. The space There is a nearby freeway whose noise does travel up to our ridge area but not noticeable when indoors. Rules 1. No Smoking in home 2. No Pets 3. No excessive noise 4. No unapproved guests 5. Please remove shoes indoors 6. No hard shots on pool table. If you break, then you pay for damages. 7. Only children below 90 lbs allowed on play ground. CHECK-IN/OUT Times - Check-in 2 pm to 9 pm - Check-out 12 noon
