Not a boat to go out to sea and fish with, but decent to drive around a bit along the land. The tenant pays for fuel. The space Cozy lake house with loft. There are two good sleeping places on the loft and there is also a roof window. Very cozy place with large jetty/grounds. Here you can welcome friends who come by boat. Located in a bay. Only 15 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 25 minutes to the zoo and leisure park. Guest access You can use the entire jetty and the outside area. The bathroom has its own entrance door from the outside. There is a slightly narrow and winding path the last 100 meters from the parking lot and into the cabin. Bathing ladder. Other things to note There's a TV on the wall and there's a DVD player and some movies. No subscription or wifi. You can bring your own Apple TV or Chromecast and cast from your phone.
