Here, we live indoors and outdoors. Recent and welcoming house, with neat services, designed to share beautiful moments with family or friends: 8 beds in the house, 4 in the outbuilding, to preserve the comfort of everyone. From several rooms, you can directly access the secure swimming pool, surrounded by 3 terraces, in the heart of a fully enclosed plot. A soothing place, ideal for meeting and enjoying time together. The space The main house (180 m²) consists of: - a beautiful, very well-equipped and functional kitchen, with a central island - a dining area with table for 8 + side table and chairs in case of rental of the outbuilding. - a large living room with fireplace (wood provided), corner sofa and leather sofa, flat screen TV. 4 Bedrooms: Sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed, terrace and pool access Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed, direct access to terrace and pool Bedroom 3 : 1 convertible clic-clac Bedroom 4: upstairs, beautiful volumes, 1 king size bed and full dressing room - 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub (terrace and pool access from the bathroom) - 2 toilets, one of which is separate. - 3 terraces including 1 covered (table + garden furniture and plancha and barbecue) - 1 garage with a water point - 1 laundry room (washing machine) Outbuilding (50 m2 - sleeps 4) - Living room with double sofa bed, functional fireplace (wood provided) access to the private terrace - Equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle - Upstairs bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bed - Bathroom with sink and shower - Separate toilet The outbuilding has a garden area with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beautiful secure private pool. Fenced garden with a vegetable garden of aromatic plants. Several parking spaces on the property (secure) 5-minute walk to the shops. 45 minutes from Mont Aigoual. Swimming in the river nearby. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The entire property: house, outbuilding, land around the house, are at the disposal of guests. The pool is private and secure. Parking is on the property (several vehicles can park safely). Bedding is provided. You have to bring your own towels. You have the option to rent it at the rate of 4 euros/pers. We provide table linen, two tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. The cleaning fee shown applies to renting out the house. In case of rental of the outbuilding (more than 8 people), a surcharge of €40 will be requested upon arrival, increasing to €60 during the period of use of the heating. For check-in after 8 p.m., you will be asked for an extra €15. Other things to note Pets (up to 2 per stay) are allowed. Bed linen is provided but you must bring your own towels. Wood for the fireplace is available free of charge.
