OreO Apartment - Comfortable fully equipped apartment

Enjoy peace and comfort in a stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartment near the center with excellent accessibility from the train or bus station. The bedrooms are oriented to the NE with a view of the city, the nearby university and greenery. A living room and kitchen with a balcony to the SW, from where there is a view of a beautiful flower garden directly under the balcony, where you can go to enjoy the flowers and also sit and relax. The space the apartmentis located in quiet part of the town but still close and accessiblet the city center (10-15 minutes by feet) , close to shopping center MAX with supermarkets and restaurants (Billa, Terno, and many other stores, cafeterias, Spaghetti Leviathan, Asian bistro...) Guest access There is parking infront of the building (new parking policy apply from 4.november 2024 require payment for parking in the residential zone if you are not permanent resident. If you are coming by your car or rented car, you can ask me for more details regardingthe parking policy) . The guests can ask to store their bicycle or kids stroller downstairs in common space. Behind the building is private (our family) flowers garden with public access, you can walk thru the arches full of roses and enjoy the beautiful flowers and their fragrance Other things to note The price is for first person. Every next person is +10€ per stay, not per each night. (The fee takes into account costs for administration, cleaning, washing and offered snacks).
