Welcome to the luxury lodge. It is located in our quiet peaceful garden. It was well engineered to make the most of the available space. The vaulted roof adds style & character and the whole space has a lovely light, airy feel. The three windows allow further light and are fitted with black out blinds for your comfort. Door provide the entrance to the property which is fully double glazed. All set for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The space The property is furnished with a stylish framed double bed topped with a deep comfortable sprung mattress. There is a wardrobe with enough space and plenty of hanging space. A bespoke table/chair provides an ideal workspace with fast WIFI or in more style to relax with afternoon tea. There is a new kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, kettle, Washer Dryer (8kg) and microwave. A Tefal Slim Induction Hob and pan is provided for the more adventurous chefs. Separate bathroom with modern shower and toiletries are provided. A shoe rack to store the shoes is also available. A separate side gate with key safe allows secure and "out of hours" access and has the further benefit of security lighting and cameras. Guest access The entire lodge is for the sole use of guests. Parking is available on the road outside the property but motorbikes and bicycles can be stored securely on site. The extensive Manchester Metrolink is 15 minutes walk away and there is a local bus service. Other things to note The property has fast WiFi booster to assist those wanting a "work from home" space. The lodge has also been designed to be disabled friendly. Whilst it is not accessible for wheelchairs unless the user has a portable ramp, it is ideally suitable for someone who may use a walking aid. The external access is completely flat and the door to the shower room is sliding so easy to open. The brand new walk in shower having size of 1400mm x 800mm so there is plenty of room. There is a sturdy handle in the shower and a non slip mat is provided. Local attractions include: The Trafford Centre (4.6 miles away) and Manchester city centre/Piccadilly (7.4 miles away) . For sport fans and concerts goers there is Old Trafford (4.1 Miles away) the home of Manchester United and the Eithiad football stadium, Sale Sharks, and ice hockey heros Manchester Storm are nearby to the place. The whole family will enjoy the Museum of Science and Industry and the Imperial War Museum. For those who enjoy the outdoors the Pennine Trail is just a few minutes away. The historic Market town of Altrincham is only 10 minutes away by car or Metrolink. There are 2 National Trust Parks within 20 minutes drive. Dunham Massey and Tatton. Both have beautiful gardens and houses open to the public. The roman town of Chester with superb shopping and its world famous zoo is 35 minutes drive.
