Beautiful cottage with wifi, sauna & home cinema

Relax with the whole family in this nice place. Large cabin with free Wi-Fi, sauna, home theater and panoramic views. The cabin is centrally located in a quiet area in Eastern Norway. Swimming opportunities and good hiking terrain nearby, Høyt og Lavt climbing park and fishing in summer, as well as sledding, ski slopes and Bergerbakken alpine center in winter. Several activities within acceptable driving distance. Plenty of blueberry heather and wild strawberries in the area. Electricity is not included. Claims are sent via Airbnb afterwards. The space The cabin: Accommodates 12 guests in 3 bedrooms and loft. Kitchen with running water, dishwasher, combined fridge and freezer, microwave, hob, oven, waffle iron, ice maker, coffee maker and coffee capsule machine. Living room with open ceiling height, heat pump with cooling and heating, home theater with projector and screen, quality speakers, DVD player. It is possible to connect to your own Apple TV or similar (HDMI). There is free Wi-Fi at the cabin through Starlink satellite internet that works very well. The cabin has a TV with satellite dish, large dining table with room for 12, high chair for baby, comfortable corner sofa, gas fireplace (you may have to bring gas yourself from the nearest store in Svarstad itself (industrial bottle). There are some board and dice games in the cabin. There is a corner sofa and TV in the loft as well. The bathroom has a water toilet, heating cables, sink and shower cubicle. There is a washing machine and dryer in the technical room. In the bathroom there is a sauna with an efficient oven that provides quick heating. Towels must be brought by yourself. The bedrooms have good mattresses and there are duvets and pillows for all beds. Sheets and bed linen must be brought by yourself. Master bedroom with double bed and transverse single bed with bed rail. Good mattresses. There is a travel bed available for baby in the cabin. Bedroom 2 has got bunk beds with 90 cm width in both heights. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with 120 cm width in both heights. The loft has 2 sleeping alcoves with a double bed and a single 90 cm bed. Corner sofa and TV. Stylish LED strip in both sleeping areas. Technical room: combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Terrace with panoramic views, sun beds, seating groups and fireplace. Note! Hot tub is not in use due to rotten "door". Guest access The entire cabin (except for the cold storage room) is at the tenant's disposal including a technical storage room with a combined washing machine and dryer. Large porch with sunbeds, dining area and fire pit. Hiking backpacks, thermoses etc. are available at the cabin for rent. There are some children's toys in the cabin, as well as a high chair and a travel bed for baby. Towels, sheets and bed linen must be brought by the tenant himself. Other things to note From the cabin it is only 5 minutes to drive to public transport, large grocery store, gas station and charging station for electric car. In the kitchen there is a laminated sheet with a lot of information about the cabin area and a small map of the road to the public bath from the cabin. Instructions for use for the sauna and home theater are available in the same place. Gas must be brought even if you want to use a gas fireplace instead of a heat pump, for example. The gas fireplace uses an "industrial bottle" and this can be purchased at the vending machine at the nearest Rema 1000 store (7 min away from the cabin).
