The space Measuring 22 sq.m. and nestled on the 8th floor, our fully-furnished space is designed for comfort and convenience. Here's what you can expect during your stay: - A comfortable queen-sized bed and a sofa bed - double size (ideal for 2 additional guests) - Enjoy your favorite shows on a Smart TV with a Premium Netflix account and YouTube streaming. - Stay cool with a cold air conditioner and a desk fan. - Cook your own meals with ease using the induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Basic kitchen utensils and cookware are provided. (Condiments not provided) - Keep your belongings organized with the minimalist wardrobe complete with hangers. - Stay connected with high-speed WIFI internet (approx. 50 MBPS). - The bathroom features a shower with water heater, bidet, shampoo, and body wash. - We provide complimentary 500ml bottled water per guest, instant coffee, fresh towels, and tissues. ** A gentle reminder that: - SMOKING AND VAPING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property. Non-compliance may result in additional charges. Guest access ​It is a self check-in and the key is deposited at the front desk. - Parking in the daytime is free of charge (Maximum of 3hrs.) but on a first come first serve basis only (building premises have only limited parking spaces). - Overnight car parking is at Php 300/night but has to be arranged first with the owner or you can inquire at the front desk. You can also inform us ahead of time to book your slot (with reservation fee). - Motorbike parking is free (first come first serve basis). Guest/s can enjoy the swimming pool and gym amenity. When using the pool, Guest's will be limited to a maximum number of four (4) per unit. 2-person free, excess person will have to pay 100 pesos per pax. Gym Schedule: Morning: 7:00am-12:00nn | Afternoon: 4:00pm-8:00pm Swimming Pool Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Morning: 8:00am-12:00nn | Afternoon: 4:00pm-8:00pm) Tuesday close for water treatment and disinfection. **Please note that some days may be unavailable due to exclusive bookings. **Please refer to the rules and regulations for the use of the swimming pool and gym.
