Our new modern house boasts unparalleled vistas of the enchanting wilderness of Rangaunu Harbour and Houhora Heads. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil and private getaway. Enjoy the magnificent unobstructed views. The space You have all the conveniences you need from a new modern home, with plenty of parking for cars or boats including a large carport. There is a large grassed area. There are Three large bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a heated towel rail. The second bathroom includes a washer and dryer. Double glazing and heat pump ensure your comfort. Guest access The house is for your exclusive use. On the property, there is a seperate dwelling where Julie (the co-host)and her husband Matt reside. They have lived in the area for many years and are willing to assist and offer local knowledge if you require it. You both have your privacy. Other things to note For the keen fishermen, there is creek access 5 minutes from the house (at the end of Arawhata Road) where you can launch your boat and wind your way up the scenic creek to Rangaunu Harbour. Another great fishing spot is a 20 minute drive to take you to Rangiputa on the Karikari peninsula. Beach launch your boat - see our pictures of this lovely beach and bay. The cute town of Mangonui (20 min drive) has a great cafe and boutiques to browse. Drive north to Cape Reinga for a day trip, swimming at gorgeous beaches along the way or climb the giant Te Paki sand dunes for a thrill ride down! We love going to Carrington Estate winery on Karikari Peninsula for a snack, wine and stunning views.
