Excellent fully furnished property located in an exclusive private beach residential with 24/7 surveillance booth and premium common areas. It has direct access to the beach (5 min. walk from the property) and exclusive access for off-road vehicles (4 min. within the same residential area). The property has a private heated pool and environmentally friendly solar cells. The space The rooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is very spacious with access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and one of them also has access to the balcony. On the ground floor there is a hall, half bathroom, dining room for 8 people, living room, kitchen (equipped with everything you need) and laundry room. The terrace with barbecue, half bathroom, pool and a hammock area are located in the back. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guest access You access the residential complex with a QR that is generated one day before you arrive. In terms of the pool, you can only use the one at home for as long as you want. They have free access to the basketball court and games for small children. There are paddle courts that have a cost from the administration. You can also access the restaurant and the mini-super, covering the corresponding consumption on your own. Other things to note There are two ways to access the beach: 1. Walking on the north side there are no bathrooms or showers for now. Approx. 3 min. from the house. 2. In your vehicle on the south side, about 4 or 5 minutes away. There is a parking lot on that side, there are bathrooms and showers. There is a security booth in case your vehicle is a 4x4, you can go down to the beach, which would be a few steps away. This is right there inside the residential complex. To make your trip more comfortable, we provide a 3x3 awning, 8 beach chairs, an icebox with wheels and a cart with wheels (shown in a photo in the ad) so you can bring your things down to the beach. We only ask that you leave them in good condition.
