Shockingly sun-drenched* lower level (below grade) two bedroom flat. Lovingly curated for your adventures! Please let us know if you need anything during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you! This is a duplex with a separate entrance at the back of the house, through a gated yard. The two units share an adjoining door that is always locked, but they are fully independent units. * Only when it's actually sunny out, this is the PNW after all, we have a lot of cloudy rainy days! The space 1. This is a walk-in basement unit that's DIY, the ceiling height is cozy, sub 7' throughout. We're really proud of our space but please understand that it's not a perfect glossy rental. 2. The bed in the guest bedroom is a daybed, oriented with the headboard along the side. The head would be on the left in the listing photo. 3. The upstairs tenant/listing manager, has a dog and a cat. They are very well behaved, but you may occasionally hear or see them. 4. This flat is set up for 4 people ONLY. We allow bookings up to 5 for your convenience, but it is not ideal. If you need an additional cot we can provide one for a small fee. 5. The backyard is overgrown at the moment. We will be hiring landscapers soon so that we can create a welcoming exterior experience for our guests. We have big plans to build a sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and shower in the next year! However, the yard *not* part of the listing at this time. Guests must keep to the side yard. Guests are not permitted access to the backyard. The doorways are narrow and there is a very steep flight of stairs to enter. Also, watch your head! Most of the ceilings are shy of 7' tall, with lower spots at soffits, doorways, etc Other things to note We are working on a local guide book, so check back soon!
