Charming guesthouse near the commuter train – 13 minutes to Stockholm

Charming guesthouse in our garden, a 10-minute walk to commuter trains (13 minutes to Stockholm city). Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom. Perfect for 1 person looking for a comfortable and well-functioning stay. A loft is available with two mattresses for extra sleeping space (limited ceiling height). Note: No parking. The space A small guest house of 30 sqm, with a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a small separate bedroom. The cottage is fully furnished with a continental bed (120 cm), wardrobe, sofa and kitchen table with two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stovetop, glass, porcelain and kitchen utensils. The cottage is built for one person to live comfortably there, but there is the possibility to accommodate two extra people in a sleeping loft where there are two mattresses with a common bed mattress of 160 cm. The ceiling height of the loft is very limited. The hot water tank is only enough for about 2 showers of 3 minutes before the water needs to be heated again. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Stuvsta Centrum, where you take the commuter train to Stockholm City in 13 minutes. The cottage is located next to our house in our garden, and the garden in front of the house is shared. Please note that we live close to the train tracks, so the trains can be heard when they pass. Guest access The cottage is located on our property, and we share the garden in front of the cottage. Only registered guests have access to the cottage. Please note that there is no parking on site. Public parking is available in Stuvsta town center, about a 5–10-minute walk away.
