The space The home was built in 2021 and has been barely lived in. Everything is new, high-quality, clean, and modern, with luxurious touches throughout. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two couples, the home offers multiple areas to spread out inside and outside for working, entertaining, playing, exercising, and relaxing. This home has a 6- night minimum. Small hypo-allergenic, well-behaved dogs will be allowed only on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. The Chef’s Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking & baking pans, utensils. Many appliances including waffle maker, rice cooker, cake and roasting pans, immersion blender, microplane, popcorn popper, electric juicer (perfect for all that fresh California produce!), mixology tools (it's 5:00 somewhere!), wine refrigerator, and more. For that all important start to the day, chose from a Zwilling coffee pot, a Bialetti stovetop espresso machine, or a french press. Prefer to grind your own beans? You’ve got a Bodum grinder, along with a Bodum frother, allowing you to make the perfect cappuccino at home. Counter bar stools for 5, and an inside dining table for 6 offers plenty of seating. Appliances are luxury Italian brand Bertazonni, and fresh, clean filtered and remineralized water comes out of it’s own spout with ice cubes made from the same water found in the freezer. Other things to note 1. The home is for booked guests only. 2. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times. No additional guest(s) or friend(s) to stay overnight. 3. No parties. No outdoor noise/music. No drugs. This is a non-smoking property. No smoking inside the home or on the property grounds. 4. No pets are allowed other than small under 20lbs, hypoallergenic dogs and are only allowed per request and written approval. If we find you have an unapproved pet on site, we have the right to immediately cancel your stay and have you vacate the premises with no refund. 5. Parking: Private garage parking for 1 vehicle. All cars must first be parked in the garage, then on the driveway. Miralon does not allow overnight street parking. 6. If for any reason we are notified by the City of Palm Springs/ Police about noise disturbance or any disturbances at the home, we have the right to immediately cancel your stay and have you vacate the premises. Any fines imposed will be paid by guests. 7. There will be no refund or partial refund for any guest that is asked to leave. If you are evicted you will also be charged a $1000 fine payable through Airbnb. 8. If any house rules are broken during a guest stay, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. There will be no refund or partial refund. 9. The home is for vacation or WFA purposes only. 10. The home may not be used or featured for commercial use unless authorized by the owners. 11. Please be respectful of our neighbors. 12. For security and safety the home has a security camera at the front and side gates. For your privacy there are no cameras located inside the home or the backyard. 13. For guests staying a month or more, cleaning will be included every two weeks. 14. The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to complete paperwork. a) A lease will be emailed to you. This must be completed and signed by the guest and returned prior to your check in day. Guests will not be allowed to check in unless the lease has been signed, returned to the host, and submitted to the City. b) We request each guest sign the City of Palm Springs acknowledgment of guests review of the Good Neighbor City Rules & Regulations.
