A House with a view

We chose Via Adelasia and this apartment for the peace it transmits, even in the very busy summer months. By car, the gut and the beaches can be reached in a very short time (4 minutes), but in high season parking is difficult, so in this period we recommend getting off on foot (12 minutes) or by bus. The climb (18 minutes) is sure that it will be paid for by the silence, calm and breathtaking views of the sea and hill that our terrace will give you. The space The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator in a newly built complex. It consists of a living area with kitchen and sofa bed facing the south and overlooking the terrace, bathroom without windows, double bedroom and service bedroom exposed to the north overlooking a private courtyard equipped with a small coffee table. On the terrace there are two loungers and a table for lunch. There is a motorized tent to shelter from the sun. In the building there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used from about June 15 to about September 15 (the service is guaranteed from July 1 to August 31) and a small gym, consisting of a treadmill, a spinning bike and a multifunction weight tool. You can use it freely all year round. Other things to note The pool and sauna, open only during the summer period, can only be used in the presence of the lifeguard and during the hours 10:00-12:30 and 15:30-20:00.
