Welcome to our beautiful Périgord region, at the foot of the Pécharmant vineyard, our house located in a quiet area of Bergerac offers everything you need. Completely renovated in 2023, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your vacation. 10-minute walk from the train station, a supermarket, Lake Campréal and the Picquecailloux sports plain. 1 hour by car from Sarlat, Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Bordeaux, Périgueux, Saint-Emilion, a whole program! The space The entire house has just been renovated, electricity, air conditioning, PVC windows (not visible in all photos), decoration, bedding and new appliances. The ground floor is composed of two bedrooms, one with a veranda overlooking the garden, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a storage room and a 30 m2 garage with washing machine and dryer in free access. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with HD TV and fiber Wi-Fi box.
