Welcome to our centrally located & cozy retreat 👐🏻 Just 15 minutes from the beach, UCLA, and top dining & shopping, this studio offers comfort & convenience. It’s a budget-friendly stay & a great home base for exploring Los Angeles & Santa Monica. Steps from the metro with direct access to Santa Monica & Downtown LA, highly convenient for travel, with close access to both the 405 & 10 freeways, it is set far enough away that noise does not disturb the peace & comfort of your stay. The space 🔔 Please Read Before Booking 🔔 📏 The unit is 350 sq. ft. (32.5 sq m) (It may appear larger in photos than it is in person.) 🚫🅿️ No designated parking is available. However, street parking is typically easy—except Mondays & Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM due to street cleaning. (You can switch sides of the street to avoid tickets.) ❗ Firm/Non-refund policy – please book mindfully. 🏡 The unit is in an older building, so minor imperfections are to be expected. ❄️ The A/C is a portable unit that uses ice or ice packs to cool. (6 ice packs are provided.) [For instructions to use please refer to the images.] 🛏️ The bed is a sofa couch in a trundle format that pulls out into a king size bed. 📏 The mattresses are approximately 4 inches thick, thinner than a standard king. 🐶 NO pets building. ✅ Please review the amenities list and house rules to ensure the space fits your needs.
