Welcome to our idyllically located apartment in Eriskirch on Lake Constance! The apartment is located on the second floor of a detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac in an absolute dream location - just 7 minutes from Lake Constance. Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or relaxing. The mountains and many other excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity. The space Our apartment can accommodate 3 adults and up to two small children. A baby bed can be used if needed. Thus, the apartment is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing break. It has one cozy bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and duvets, as well as a spacious wardrobe. The third person, or the children, can sleep on the sofa, which can be transformed into a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor of the house is the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen and access to the balcony make the apartment perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the apartment. The bedroom adjoins the large and bright living room. Inside is a double bed (160x200cm). The absolute highlight is the private balcony overlooking the countryside. In spring and summer, the apple trees bloom right next to the house. Beautiful summer days and warm summer evenings can be spent on our balcony (equipped with table and chairs). A grill for fine barbecues is available. Towels are provided for our guests. The location is ideal to explore the surroundings, Lake Constance is only a 7-minute drive away. The house is particularly quietly located in a small settlement. In front of the house there is possibility to lock bicycles (covered). Guest access In front of the house, there are free parking spaces for you. If you bring bicycles, you can park them in a covered bicycle parking space. The front door leads you into the house. The apartment is on the second floor of the house. We, the hosts, also live in the house on the first floor.
