Built in 2023 and nestled on the second floor of our two story house, "Coastal Home" is a private space featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 an ensuite) & ample space for relaxation. Outdoor hot shower and a large grassed lawn. Spacious balcony with Exmouth Gulf views to enjoy breathtaking sunsets & sunrises. Decorated in a coastal theme, the property invites you to unwind after a day of Ningaloo adventures. This Exmouth retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. The space Our house is a 2 story building, the ground floor is a self-contained studio (also listed on airbnb as "Coastal Studio") and the first floor contains “Coastal Home”, a modern 3x2 private home with enough space inside, and on the balcony and in the yard, for a big group or a family to fully enjoy their Exmouth holiday. The northern end of the property includes our beloved and colourfully decorated self-contained coach bus named “Mojito”, where a friendly couple live on a permanent basis. These 3 living areas (the first floor main house, ground floor studio and bus) are all completely self-contained and private spaces. You might see each other at the house parking lot. There is enough space for everyone to park and enter/leave the house privately. The yard/grassed lawn and garden area, along with the hot outdoor shower, are shared between the main house “Coastal Home” and the bus. Guest access You can use the entire first floor, including the spacious balcony, modern kitchen, and living room with Exmouth Gulf views, in private. Two private staircases can be used to access the first floor "Coastal Home". The yard/grassed lawn and garden area, along with the hot outdoor shower, is shared with the couple in the bus. Other things to note Bedroom 2 has two configurations, either 2 x single beds, or 1 single and 1 double bed (upon request), this is where the 7th guest would stay. Dogs are welcome and safe to stay in the backyard at all times as there is a fence all around the property. Dogs are required to be toilet trained and they are NOT allowed to be on the furniture, couches, beds, etc., extra fees may apply otherwise Free wifi. Smart tv. Cot available upon request.
