I’m very particular about the minimal but exciting interior, which forms the theme for the house decor. The bedroom is well-designed for the perfect night's sleep. The bed, mattress, and pillows are all clean, and fresh linen and towels are also provided. BATHROOM: ---------------- One of the bathrooms is ensuite and the other isn't. Each bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub, and is equipped with the essentials needed such as towels, soap, and body cream. LIVING ROOM: ------------------ This is a perfect space to relax. There are two-seater and one-seater chairs and a 43" TV for guests to….Netflix and chill (an account is provided). There is high-speed internet, so you’ll have no problem streaming on all your devices. KITCHEN: ------------ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. DINING AREA: ----------------- Equipped with four chairs to sit and eat your deliciously ordered/cooked meals Guest access You will have the entire flat to yourself. Other things to note House Rules: -Check-in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am -Smoking is not allowed -Pets are not allowed at the property -Early/Late check-in and late checkout attract a fee, depending on the next guest arriving. This is non-refundable in case of cancellations. -No noise-making or parties are allowed -No flushing of Toilet Paper down the drain. Please put them in the bin. -Cot is provided only on request with a charge of £10 per night. Please note that the baby counts as a guest too and in a situation where there are two adults and a baby, £50 will be charged per night for extra guest (cot fee will be waved) -£100 fine is charged if you lose the fob used in opening the door.
