[Check-in/Check-out Information] ‧ Check-in time: 15:00 - 21:00 ‧ Check-out time: By 10:00 AM on the check-out day [Property Location] ‧ Our property is located about a 1-minute walk from Gongguan MRT Station. Gongguan Station is on the Blue Line (Bannan Line), offering convenient access to various shopping districts and attractions. [Property Layout] ‧ Elevator-served, high-rise building with 24-hour security. ‧ The layout includes 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 balcony. ‧ Please note: The partition between the two bedrooms is made of fixed glass for natural light, with blackout curtains. The sound insulation is not as effective as concrete walls, but it ensures ample natural light in both rooms. [Amenities Provided] ‧ Shower amenities: Shampoo, body wash, towels, laundry detergent. ‧ Kitchen items: Tableware, basic cookware, induction stove, microwave, dish soap. ‧ Personal toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, etc.) should be brought by guests. ‧ Appliances: Wireless internet, TV (with Chromecast), washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, and basic cleaning tools. [Waste Disposal] ‧ Please keep the space clean and avoid storing food that may attract pests. Use regular garbage bags and sort the waste (general trash, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, glass bottles, paper). ‧ The building has a trash disposal area on the ground floor. Please adhere to the waste sorting regulations. [Other Important Notes] ‧ Please honestly inform us of the number of guests (including children). An additional charge of NT$500 per person per night will apply if the number of guests does not match the reservation. ‧ No parties, gambling, drugs, or illegal activities are allowed in the property. Any illegal behavior will be handled in accordance with the law. ‧ ⚠️ Strictly prohibited: Smoking in the bathroom or on the balcony (including marijuana smoke). Failure to comply with this rule will trigger compensation procedures. ‧ Any actions that may harm the property or complaints from neighbors about disturbances will result in immediate termination of the stay. ‧ Please lower the volume after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Refrain from engaging in activities such as running, jumping, or making loud noises. ‧ Airbnb is not a hotel, and services like daily cleaning or 24-hour front desk are not provided.
