Located 1 block from the lake, guests have easy access to neighborhood amenities including community boat ramp, dock, beach & picnic areas, playground & more! The space Let’s dive into the details of this happy home and all of its offerings! Kitchen/Dining: Everything is brand, spanking new and refreshingly outfitted with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, flat-top range, & microwave, several small appliances including crockpot, popcorn machine, waffle maker, toaster, griddle, blender, coffee maker (drip & Keurig), high quality pots and pans and plenty of dishes, cutlery and kitchen gadgets & utensils! Everything you need to feed family and friends! Grown ups can whip up their favorite cup of coffee (or cocktail!) at the coffee bar that includes drip & Keurig coffee makers, flavored syrups, coffee filters, a starter set of coffee from Lake Gaston Coffee Company, cocktail accessories & wine fridge. Kids of all ages will enjoy the popcorn bar complete with an air popper, kernels and fun flavors to sprinkle on top! Perfect for movie night or snacking by the campfire! There is a large dining table in the sunroom that comfortably seats 8 and a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4. Outside, you’ll find another dining table with seating for 6 and a bistro table for 2. Sleeping Arrangements: There are 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, making this an ideal home for two families! The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower & double sink vanity. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, large dresser and closet. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is also a twin hideaway bed located in the bedroom closet. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is centrally located in the home. Hangout Spaces: This home has several indoor and outdoor options for gathering the group together as well as spaces to retreat for quiet time. There are two spacious family rooms with smart large TV’s, comfortable sofas (the big sectional reclines!) and a bunch of board games. There is a work station just off the kitchen for all the workaholics and a screened porch cleverly converted to a game room with foosball and air hockey tables. Outside, there is a large, new deck with umbrella and dining table that seats 6, bistro table for 2, 2 lounge chairs, a propane grill complete with prep table and grilling utensils, a fire pit with additional seating, and a hammock for those seeking a dreamy nap. There are two parking areas at the house. The gravel section closest to the house can easily accommodate 3 vehicles. There is also a driveway by the standalone garage that is ideal parking for a boat trailer (and it's less than one block from the boat ramp!) Located just one block from the lake in Lake Gaston Estates, guests have easy access to neighborhood amenities including community boat ramp, dock, beach & picnic areas, & playground. We also provide 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, pool noodles & adult-sized life jackets for guests to use. Guests should bring their own youth/baby-sized life jackets. The home is equipped with Starlink highspeed internet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of owner's closet and owner's portion of the garage. Other things to note All linens are provided including sheets, comforters/duvets and towels. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. We ask that linens remain inside the home and that guests bring towels to use by the lake. We will start you off with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, crock pots, pots & pans, blender, hand mixer, toaster. We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker (bowl filters) and plenty of mugs and tumblers. Due to potential allergies, we do not provide toiletries or laundry detergent.
