The space The home has a natural division into 2 parts with 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom in each part, with the common areas in between. Here you have 11 beds without the use of extra beds or mattresses on the floor. Are you more than 11 people? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do! Bedroom #1: Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom #2: Children's room with a simple "Race car bed" that can be used by an adult. There is also plenty of room for an extra bed if needed. Exit to the patio behind the house. Bedroom #3: Children's room with a bunk bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. Bedroom #4: Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom #5: Garden room with double Hovden sofa bed, exit to terrace, TV on the wall. Bedroom #6: Bedroom with double Hovden sofa bed with spring mattress. Is on the second floor in the "tower" and has its own heat pump/air conditioning. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on separate floors and have an open staircase between them, so there is no wall/door between them. It is possible to talk loudly between the rooms. The stairs to Bedroom 6 have a design that makes it unsuitable for small children. Bathroom #1: Is in the part where bedrooms 1-3 are, and has toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom #2: Is in the part where bedrooms 4-6 are, and has toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen, dining room and TV room are in one large contiguous area and are very social. With the table extensions there is room for 12 people around the dining table inside. The living room has a large sliding door out to the terrace. The kitchen also has a door to the terrace. In one of the bedroom wings, there is a laundry room with combined sink/dryer, plus a separate washing machine and a dryer. Guest access The rental applies to the whole house, with garden, parking, etc. Other things to note The house has a very nice and sunny location at Solløkka by Lahelle/Tønsbergfjorden. Here it is 350m walking distance to Helgerød sports park with several artificial grass pitches and great hiking areas. It is 150m to the lake with great swimming opportunities on the beach and bathing jetty for those who want to cool down on the hot summer days. The terrace is west facing towards the sunset and the lawn and here you can sit until late in the evening and enjoy the sun while the children have a football match on the lawn. The terrace has a nice hook towards the living room and is warm from almost all wind directions. Should it still blow, you can pull out different windshields. There is also an awning and heat lamps under the roof overhang. The large round table on the terrace can accommodate about 10 people. It may be possible to arrange a longer rental in July, contact us to agree on price and weeks. Pets can be accepted but must be clarified with us in advance and approved based on type, size and number. We are working on making available a 16-foot boat with outboard motor that will be located in the floating dock available for tenants.
