Guest access Check-in is fully self-service. Before your arrival, I'll send you a personal code for the smart lock on the apartment door, so you can come and go on your own schedule without coordinating with anyone. When you arrive at the building, the staff at reception will be expecting you. They'll hand you an access card that lets you enter the building lobby, take the elevators, and reach the floor where the apartment is located. The card stays with you for the duration of your stay and you return it on the day of checkout. The building has security on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can come back from a late dinner or an early flight knowing someone is always there. Your stay also includes: - One free parking spot, fixed and assigned, in the building's parking garage. If you need a second spot, just let me know in advance and we can arrange it for an additional fee. - Full access to the building's common areas: gym, business center, social lounge, and ping pong table. All of these are included at no extra cost and available during the building's standard hours. - Elevator access directly to your floor with your card. There is no pool or rooftop in this building, just so you know what to expect. Other things to note A few practical details to make your stay smoother: Location: The apartment is at 13 Calle 5-45 Zona 10, in the building called Urbana. You're on the same block as Fontabella shopping center and one block from Oakland Mall and Oakland Place. La Aurora International Airport is about a 10 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic. What's already in the apartment when you arrive: Bath and hand towels, fresh linens on the bed, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, sponges, and basic kitchen essentials. Drinking water is also provided through the filtered water system, so you don't need to buy bottled water. Check-in and check-out flexibility: Standard check-in is from 3:30 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just ask in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate based on the day's reservations. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out can also be arranged if needed. House rules to keep in mind: - No parties or events of any kind - No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony - Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (the building enforces this and so do I) - No pets allowed - Maximum 2 guests at all times Shopping and essentials: Fontabella (next door), Oakland Mall and Oakland Place (one block away), Avia (two blocks away), Próceres. There are also pharmacies and convenience stores within walking distance.
