Wasi is located in the heart of La Punta in Puerto Escondido, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and one block from the main street full restaurants and shops of all kinds in a vibrating costal community The privare room has a matrimonial bed and individual bed, ceiling and floor fan with private full bathroom (NO HOT WATER OR A/C) Fully equipped outdoor common kitchen to prepare meals NO RECEPTION/SELF ENTRY SYSTEM Instructions are sent automatically when you reserve The space WOODEN CABIN STYLE PRIVATE ROOM One matrimonial bed, one individual bed, ceiling and standing fan, closet and private full bathroom (NO A/C OR HOT WATER). In front of each room one hammock, lounge chair, acapulco chair and small table. FULLY EQUIPPED COMMON KITCHEN Stoves, cooking pots and pans, refrigerators, coffee maker, microwave, blender, cooking utensils and designated space in the refrigerator/cabinet with your room number on it and a lounge area next to the kitchen. PATIO/GARDEN Picnic tables, outdoor shower to wash the sand off and surfboard rack. GARAGE AREA Gate opens without a key, please don't block the entrance. Water pipes are superficial on the left, make sure to keep your right when you enter. STORAGE Only available in this hours: 9 am till 5 pm Monday to Saturday 9 am till 2 pm Sundays FILTERED WATER In the small faucet in the kitchen sink, ready for consumption. STARLINK INTERNET CONNECTION *WARNINGS BEFORE RESERVING* Although Starlink connection is the best available in town, be aware that Puerto has an unreliable signal, please investigate to verify. If the signal fails or is week for your needs, it is out of our hands. There's cowork 1 min walk call Malagua that we recommend if you must work. La Punta is a place full of nature, insects like mosquitos are common in a tropical environment, we fumigate once a week but be aware that we can not control nature. If you need an extra fumigation during your stay, let us known during working hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Mon - Sat). The property is share with other guests, that comes with sounds and movement, be aware that all rooms are continuous and share a wall, the windows have no glass only mosquito net. La Punta is an area flourishing with businesses allowed to be open till 12, we are located behind the Main Street but be aware of the proximity noises this brings; Also possible constructions nearby, this is beyond our control, we are not responsible of the noises this can cause. The infrastructure in Puerto still developing, in occasions areas experience power outages, that can only be fix by the electric company as is not a property issue. *KEEP ALL THESE IN MIND BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION, AS THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS BASE ON THESE MATTERS* Guest access SELF ENTRY SYSTEM A message is sent automatically when you reserve, by email and Airbnb chat with the instructions to enter and all the general info needed. We also have workers on location to help you from: 9 am till 5 pm Monday to Saturday 9 am till 2 pm Sundays Other things to note BE AWARE OF OUR STRICT POLICY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hrs. of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in and No change of dates. WE DON'T CHARGE A CLEANING FEE: *No room cleanings during your stay* (we can provide all you need to do it yourself, just ask). -One towel per guest provided $50 pesos per extra towel. -Fresh towels and sheets once a week, request them when you need them *only for one week stays or longer * *Our staff offers cleanings for $50 pesos* pay directly to them in cash (includes towels and sheets once a week) talk to them or let us know. -For stays shorter than a week or if you desire to change them more often than once a week: $50 pesos change of sheets, $50 pesos change of towel.
