Outside you’ll find a balcony and a spacious ground area where you can hangout with your family while watching your kids playing and cars passing from and to the city proper. For the safety and security for all guests Other things to note ❣️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE❣️ 👉 Our home is best suited for a big family or group. It can accommodate 6-8 people with extra futon mattress. If you have additional people or visitor they can stay for a day, but not an overnight stay. If they want to stay, we can still accommodate them with extra charge per head! Outside you’ll find a balcony and a spacious ground area where you can hangout with your family while watching your kids playing and cars passing from and to the city proper. 🚫Pets are not allowed 🚫Smoking is strictly prohibited! ⏰Quiet hours is from 10PM -6AM. ‼️ Strictly clean as-you-go policy.☝ ❣️❣️Please be mindful to lock the house and the main gate when you are gone for the day for the safety of the property and also for your personal belongings. We do not have security guard, but we have trusted person living at the back of the house (inside the property) who can assist you with your needs anytime. ❣️FREE PARKING inside the property for safety and security for all guest!
