A beautiful two-bedroom apartment located in an upscale residence in the heart of the city, opposite Marrakech train station. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Just a 2-minute walk from McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks. 10-minute walk to Menara Mall, hotels and restaurants. 10-minute drive from Jemaa el-Fna Square. The building is secured day and night by guards. The space The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cups, pans, etc. A coffee maker is also available. The refrigerator is large and has a freezer. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch Samsung 4K TV. Guest access The residence also offers a common underground parking lot, accessible to residents. Finally, the residence has a community pool, not private, usually open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. Schedules and access are managed by the community of co-owners. Please note that during this season, the pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. Other things to note A marriage certificate is mandatory for Moroccan and Arab couples.
