'Na Wspólnej' Fryderyk Apartment

Welcome to a cozy apartment in the heart of Warsaw. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Palace of Culture and Science. Around the apartment there are many interesting restaurants and stores. If you want to explore Warsaw and discover the city's nightlife, this apartment is perfect for you! The space The apartment is perfect for a couple or firends who is going on a trip to Warsaw. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In the apartment we provide: - a set of bed linen and one spare - towels (2x 50cmx100cm or 1x 70cmx140cm) per person - toilet paper -internet - dishes, one pot, one pan What we do NOT provide: - shampoos and soaps - food - cleaning during the stay. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. If you want to check in after midnight and you are afraid that you will not be able to find an apartment you can use the "phone night standby" option of one of our hosts. If you want to use this option, you should report it in advance and pay an additional fee of 100 PLN, and then you can rest assured that we will be available for you in case of any problems. Other things to note - Quite at night from 10 p.m. - PLN 200 fee for breaking the house rules. - The loss of a key obligates payment of a fine in the amount of PLN 200 as well as covering additional costs associated with replacing the lock with a new one. In the event of loss of the key, the guest is obliged to pay a penalty of PLN 200 and incur additional costs related to the replacement of the lock with a new one. - It is possible to issue a VAT invoice (8%) - if you need it, please inform us right after making the reservation. - On the day of departure, the guest should leave the apartment no later than at 10:00 a.m., otherwise the guest is obliged to pay a 200 PLN penalty fee (unless the guest has agreed different with the host before). We remind you that in accordance with the regulations of Fryderyk Apartments, the premises of Fryderyk Apartments are not adapted for stays and reception of children. An exception to this rule is possible only if the legal guardian presents a document confirming the basis for the care of the child and submits a written statement in which he/she takes full responsibility for the child during the stay. In accordance with the "Kamilka Act", i.e. an amendment to a number of acts aimed at increasing the protection of minors who have become victims of violence, i.e. the Act of 28.07.2023 amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts, Fryderyk Apartments informs about the obligation to comply with the Standards for the Protection of Minors, and you declare that your stay in it is in accordance with the content of the above Regulation and, if necessary, you are able to document it and provide us with a document confirming the safe relationship between the minor and the adult.
