NOTE: Check-in after midnight is charged 50€ extra The space At only 5 minutes walking distance from Colosseum, the most famous archeological site in Rome, from the Domus Aurea of emperor Nero and from two of the 4 main cathedrals (Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni), this charming apartment is on the basement floor of a 2-storey building, located in a private side street off Via Labicana, the main road leading to Colosseum and Forum. The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. After entering the building, just go down a few steps and reach the apartment's main door. The ample living room featuring 3 large windows includes 2 comfortable couches, a smart TV and a table for 4. The kitchen opens on the living room (allowing to connect with guests while cooking), while it is separated from the entrance by an original “art deco” colored glass window. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and bluetooth speaker. A short corridor leads to the night area comprising a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom and a second double bedroom (which can be set up with two single beds instead), external bathroom where there is a washing machine/tumble dryer. Both bathrooms have a shower. On request a baby cot is available. All the rooms are equipped with A/C splits except the second bedroom which has a fan on the ceiling, efficient both in summer and in winter. Guest access The apartment is not inhabited and it is fully accessible to guests. Other things to note In Via Iside it is possible to park for free as this is a private street used only by the apartments' owners and guests, but there is no allotted space, so you can park wherever there is an available space.
